Connected Community Schools
The Connected Community Schools model is an approach to education that involves partnerships between schools and other community resources to provide a comprehensive range of services and supports to students and their families. This model goes beyond traditional academic instruction and focuses on addressing broader social, emotional and physical needs of students and families. The model concentrates on ensuring students, and families' basic needs are met in order to engage in their education and be successful in our communities. The four components of the model include: Integrated Student Supports- LINK, Classroom Programming and Community Connections, Family and Community Engagement Opportunities, HUBS (a physical space in the school building), Collaborative Leadership and Practice.
Appointed To Lead
Provider offers Leadership Seminars designed to inspire students to believe they can lead, equip them with research based leadership skills, and empower them to apply their leadership to impact their community. Leadership Seminars are adapted to be appropriate for students in grades 4-12, primary focus is on grades 9-12.
ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy
ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy specializes in assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD and Autism. However, they also provide expert services to children, adolescents, and adults with associated disorders including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, learning, and conduct disorders.
