DCMO BOCES has named Ryan DeMars to be the Principal at the Alan D. Pole Campus in Norwich. Mr. DeMars began his new role on Wednesday, May 15. Previously, he was at DCMO BOCES Robert M. Harrold Campus in Sidney Center, where he was an Assistant Principal. Before joining BOCES in 2023, he was an administrator at Otsego Northern BOCES, and also worked at Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES in several roles. Mr. DeMars received his Master of Education degree from SUNY Oswego, and a certificate of Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY Cortland. “I am excited to get to work” with everyone at the Pole Campus, he said. “I have no doubt that together we'll be an amazing team who supports our students, communities, and each other.”
